We have a new AXXESS PBX and would like to reroute 1411 calls to a recorded message. There is no documentation in the administration guide to explain how to capture outbound digits to reroute them that we can find. Has anyone else done something similar?

It would help if your profile was filled out completely. We like to know who we are helping.
To briefly answer your question, the Axxess doesnt route outgoing calls to recordings. However you can restrict outgoing calls from being placed giving the user an error tone.

So I can not route an outbound call to an application? What about routing it to another number? This seems odd because you can do custom routing for 911 calls, or at least it appears that you can.
I am not sure how my profile would help. All that is missing is my interests, website and signature.

How can I route a 1411 call to a busy tone or error? We will just send an internal email stating that this is not allowed.

Add the dialing pattern to System\Numbering Plan\Denied Numbers. Add the stations to the Day and Night list.
