We have a customer with a Samsung 7400 using auto-attendant. When the auto-attendant answers and a caller enters a user's extension, the caller gets transfered straight to the user's voicemail. Our customer wants the extension to ring first, then go to voicemail if not ansered. I can't find how to change this. Any help would be appriciated. Thank you.

in the Menu there should be a ??? SRCH EXT and ???? SRCH EXT entry. I suspect you may only have SRCH MBX entries in there
