Can anybody point me in the direction on how to add a dialling prefix to a bank of extensions. I want it so that when the agent is dialling a number that the prefix "141" is added to the number so that the number is withheld.
This is for the Inter Tel CS5000 phone system

Unless you are good at programming the system I suggest you contact your dealer. This is an ARS function and a wrong move can really mess things up. Also what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Adding 141 to block the call? there are other methods if that is what you are trying to do.
