I have a customer that has a Toshiba DK280. Recently they switched local telephone and long distance providers. Network is stating that they are getting Special Carrier Code(101033) on all long distance. Where can you insert numbers on outgoing long distance that are 1+ because can't find any place in programming that it's being inserted. Please Help - Looking for PROG that I need to look at and ensure that I didn't miss the number. Any help would be appreciated.

My guess is there is issue between your new carrier and the long distance carrier.

If your 280 was fine before the change i would think the new carrier doesnt have the long distance as carrier of record.

Can you dial out direct on your butt set at demark ?

Is LCR enabled? If so, check the programming. You didn't say if these were analog trunks or not but as Ken suggested, use a butt set at the demarc and try it. Also, look out for dialers that might be sitting between the DK and the demarc.
