Having an issue and hope someone can help. Client is a church that we have a Hosted VOIP system running POlycom phones throughout. One of the members donated about 15 Cisco 7960Gs from their company when they upgraded there system. We have never had an issue integrating them into other Hosted VOIP scenarios but these are giving us fits on the config. We have factory reset them and tried to point to the new TFTP server to get the new app but cannot get to the password "unlock" screen. It is usually under settings>>Unlock( #8 or 9 ) but these will not scroll past 6 . I take it there is a way to hide the settings but is there a way to un-hide them without a Cisco CALL Manager?

If these have an early firmware (ver 4.1 or older) hit **# to unlock the network settings.
