OK- I have solved all of my problems, the only issue I am currently having is how to get to the other line when another call comes in through call waiting (analog lines). I have beeen told to try hook flash, that has been unsuccessful, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So you have a hookflash key on the fone, and when you press it what do you get?

If the key is indeed 'Hookflash' and it hangs up on the caller when pressed, go to System\Timers and Limits\LS/GS CO Hookflash. The default on this timer is 60 seconds, if the current setting isn't 60 seconds then set it to 60 and test. If it is on 60, set it to 40 and test.

Can you just do an old fashion hookflash? True it should be the same timer as what you key was set for, but just to verify. Test after hours, have someone on phone with you, call in on same line, and hookflash, and see if second line is connected. Hookflash again should bring you back to first call.

At this point I would say it would make sense to try an incoming call w/ a test set, off the fone system to see if a hookflash also hangs up on calls.
