Not going to possible unless you've got at least 2 CO lines (external forward ties up 2 unless call originates from within the system). Based on your post it appears you've only got one?

Call in an Installer would be your best bet...

since you only have one line you can get call forwarding from the telco and forward all calls .
since you only want one EXT forwarded I assume you are using a AA to answer and route . you could just give the cell number out in the VM greeting for 123 "we are currently unable to answer your call if you need immediate service call our mobile number xxx-xxxx
if you want to actually have it forwarded you will need a second line and as Dave suggested get a installer in to set it up

Talk to a local Panasonic installer to see what you're options are.
With only one "telephone Line", you can only have ONE call coming in OR ONE call going out at any given moment, UNLESS:
a) you have a "Centrex" line, or have "Call waiting" on a POTS line for inbound calls b) You have a "Centrex" line so you can "Flash" so you can temporarily place the existing call "on hold" and make another "outbound" call.
While these will work, they are NOT recommended for any business that has any REAL call volume.
Word of advice, like I give to all my clients, spend the money needed to have the proper amount of lines to make your business telephone needs run smoothly. You can't make sales if your client can't get a hold of you. Eventually they'll call your competition. Phone systems and computers are NOT the place to cut corners...
