We have a user on an InterTel Axxess 5.352 system that says he changed his greeting to tell callers he'd be out of the office and now when his line is called, it just rings and never hits voicemail. I cannot figure out what he did. I defaulted his handset via dialing 395 in case he turned on a forwarding or special key... no luck...listened through the voicemail prompts... all seems normal... reset the EVMC card... no luck and no one else has the issue. Verified that his mailbox is setup (it is and was previously working fine). I'm stumped.
I need ideas. Thanks!

372 is DND on our system. That was not being used. I still don't know what caused it, but I was defaulting the keyset using 395 - which is only for "feature keys" ...but, then reading through one of the old user guides I discovered that what I really wanted was 394 to default it completely. Did that and now we're good.
354 is system fowarding, by the way... and I don't think a user could have turned that on. I believe it's an admin only funtion and we didn't make the user an admin.
And if the user had turned on manual call forwarding...pretty sure his FWD light would have illuminated. But, I'm no InterTel expert.
Thanks for the assist.

I am so sorry. I did give you the wrong code. My bad. I am just saying that the system forwarding may have been turned off. If you believe the user caused the issue, it would not be in the admin programming., but could certainly be changed there. Good luck. Let me know what you find.
