I have an SBX where the Attendant would like to screen and check another mailbox on the system (not a virtual mailbox).
I was thinking of making one of the Flex buttons a mailbox button that matches the one they want to check.
Is this the cleanest way?

I have a couple companies that I've done exactly that for, plus you get the blinking led to know that something is there. That's the way I have done it.

Thanks guys, I stopped by and programmed that in and all were happy with the result. Sure beats walking into the other office just to press CALLBACK.
