A customer called us today to report that a caller had left a message in a voicemail box and marked it as private. By doing so the user can no longer transfer that message to someone else.

So they had two questions...First, can they remove that private setting from that message so they can transfer it to another user? Second, is there a way to disable the private setting so no caller could ever select that option.

I can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
