previous owner paying touchtone sevice for $50.00 month in SX-50, i didnot buy that service . now when guest make a call it fails if dial very fast? it works fine when wait for pulse to go through,any solution?i was thinking charge for touch tone service is free?

The first thing I would do is call the telephone business office and review the motel's account. I was under the impression that Touch Tone service was no longer a billable option. If any phone lines are set up as rotary pulse, schedule a date to have them converted to Touch Tone and contact a local vendor who supports Mitel systems to be on site at the time of the conversion to make any required changes to the system programming.

If the LEC shows all of the lines are Touch Tone, have a vendor come out to verify that everything is set up correctly.
