Customer has an EC server with a PRI. When receiving multiple page faxes, they are only getting just the first page. Just upgraded the system last night to the latest software which did not solve the issue. Any ideas?
Just to clarify, these are faxes that are going to individual users mailboxes and delivered via UM.

Seeing pretty much the same thing at another IPEdge installation. Which PRI gateway are you using, the Adtran 908e? One thing to remember is that this only support 4 fax connections at one time.
This site will be moving to SIP trunks very soon. I can't wait to see how many faxes work after that.

I have faxes working on Audiocodes FXO ports and SiP trunk DID's and it works with v1.5 and v1.6 IPedge and delivering via UM.
It was a bit hit and miss on the earlier versions.

Yes we are using the Adtran 908e. I double checked everything this weekend and all software/firmware is up to date. I tried a multi page fax from our POTS line and all went through just fine.
