i have a client that i installed a door phone,now they want the door opening controler,is it just the hardware that i need or there is programing as well so that they can open the door thru any phones??

I'm not a CM expert by any means, but I guarantee you will need additional programing so they can use the contact closure port to unlock doors.

the door phone is working kinda read up on it i think i just need to install the door controller,i will try it will see what happens

You may need some electrical connections for this. In NY you need a licensed electrician.
