Hi, I'm onsite trying to help program some phones for a Vodavi STS. I got most of the buttons setup but I'm having a problem with the CO lines. I get a fast busy when I try to program them with 88+001, etc.
By the way, I'm a Toshiba Tech, I just had this Vodavi problem thrown at me and I'm standing here scratching my head while the customer is standing over my shoulder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Using "88" just gives you access to a specific line on the system. I think you program your line assignments in System admin. programming. Sorry i can not be of more help. This will require a password and Flash programming.

Yes, the ability to program a CO line to a button at the user level by using 88+XXX must be enabled in system programming first.

Thanks. I was able to get it squared away in the admin programming. Trial by fire, I guess.
