Got a Avaya Guestworks CMC pbx and the site is using 6408 and 6424 digital phones.
They are trying to use the call foward key using the menu buttons to foward all calls to their cell phone. I have a Xported station that rings directly to their cell.
As soon as they hit the call-fwd menu key they get a fast busy.
These phones have console permissions and call fowarding enabled in the COS so any idea what I am missing.

Well, one thing you and I know...There is not an Avaya PBX that will produce a "fast busy"...only the network !!!
Check and see how they have their CFWD set, auto-dial, EC500 ??
Thats the best place to start....call forward off net?

...bob...

well they say it was a busy but it probably was a wave off tone. Anyways Not sure what you mean by check to see how they have the CFWD set.
They are using the menu keys on the phone and choosing call-fwd. I have this programmed on their phone to ring to Ext 171 witch call fowrards to a cell.
They get the wave off as soon as they press the button. I had them try the SAC button and that puts a mark by SAC that tells them it is on but when you call the phone it don't ring to the cell phone.
