Hello everyone, been awhile since I've been by. Working with an NPC500, KX-NT343 & DT343 phones and Cordial sip trunks. Everything is working well other than caller ID on incomming calls. All we get is the caller ID number (no name). Worked with Cordial and Panasonic but so far no luck getting it up. Provider says they are sending it and customer network guys tell us all ports are open. Been going through the manuals, but so far no luck. Anyone have any ideas on what could be blocking it? Going back tomorrow morning to have another go at it. Thanks again to all the hard working techs who take the time out their days to help others.

On incomming calls top line shows line number. Second line shows the caller phone number. Sorry, forget what the bottom line says, date and time I think. Have not tried to set up a speed dial number but have other NCPs using Broadvox with no trouble. Tried to do some SIP traces but having trouble reading them (never needed it before). Customer phones are 3 line DT & NT343. I feel that Coridal is not sending it but they say they are so burden of proof is on me. Engeneer with Panasonic said I can use Wireshark through the maint. port to see what the system is receiving, but did not get anything this morning so still working on that option. Thanks again. Try using Nav key to scroll through screens while ringing. system presents 3 or 4 screens, will stat on last used.

Thanks Brokeda, I will check that out, but seems strange that other SIP installs have not had this problem and the call log showes nothing. I'm sure it's some little detail that I missed and will find with time. Thanks again for the help.
