Need to re-image my laptop. I can't find any documentation on the process to 'store' my current network elements. I feel ridiculous asking this. Any one have an idea where to direct me?
Many thanks

See if this helps/works, I wrote this 4 years ago but not sure if it worked for anyone else.
This is where to copy your important files from so that you can uninstall or upgrade PC and restore for later.
Windows XP
1. Locate and copy .DAT files from: C:/ProgramFiles/BusinessElementManager/bin/
2. Locate and copy summary.XML file from: C:/ProgramFiles/BusinessElementManager/bin/access
Note if you are upgrading PC to Win7 (64 bit works also) then paste above files to areas indicated below.
Windows 7
1. Locate and copy .DAT files from: C:/Users/*YOURLOGIN*/VirtualStore/ProgramFiles/BusinessElementManager/bin/
2. Locate and copy summary.XML file from: C:/Users/*YOURLOGIN*/VirtualStore/ProgramFiles/BusinessElementManager/bin/access
