It depends on the dip switch settings your choices ar 300,1200,2400,4800

The other settings are 8-N-1, Xon/Xoff. Also for now we'll assume you're using a direct cable from the computer to the KSU card. If not and you're attempting to connect through a modem, you'll need to make a special cable to go from the modem to the KSU card.
Also, as Merritt satd, check the jumper setting and make sure you're using the correct speed or you'll fight this battle all night.
