Have a customer with a 200EL LW 17 and Express Messenger card. Voice Mail allows wake-up calls to be set but does not call the extension. I set the Automatic Wake-up access code, checked for RAD routing in form 19, etc... If a wake-up is set from the Console, it goes through just fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated -
Thanks!

I'm going to say to check your COS options, both for the Express Messenger ports, and for the guestrooms.

Thanks telephoneguy - yeah, I scoured the COS making sure they matched the MEM Installation guide, checked the time, even erased the configuration and re programmed, set up a new RAD - nada
Thanks again for the reply -

Are the ports set as "430 sub-attendant" in form 9?
