Hello, I have a customer who currently has 2 tenants on their voicemail and they both have their own greeting with the ability to dial extensions while their in auto attendant. There is now a 3rd tenant that has moved in and would like to do the same thing. I'm primarily a Nec tech but i gotten pretty familiar with Norstar of late, and i have a decent understanding of the ccr trees and basic voicemail stuff.
Right now i have the 3rd company essentially working like an answering machine. They have 4 copper trunks which appear on 4 phones. One of the phones rings, x241(which works as their receptionist) then after 4 rings, the trunks follow x241's forwarding and goes to 241's vmail. The girl there recorded a basic company greeting instead of a personal greeting.
I got 2 issues i need to fix. The first one is, when the 1st company puts their calls to nights, the 3rd companies calls goes to the 1st company's general box instead of ringing 4 times and going to its own voicemail. Second issue is, how can i get the 3rd company's auto attendant to allow dialing when customers call in? I looked at the 2nd company's programming to see if i can just follow how theirs was set up. It looked like their lines went to a table(2) which is associated with a ccr tree..
When i tried to set up a new table(3) it said something like invalid table. Can i set up a 3rd table? or is 2 the limit? OR is there another way i should set up the new tenants?
By the way, this is connected to a MCIS.
Thanks

Remove 241 and its company line numbers from any Service Modes/Ring Groups
Flash only has 2 Tables You would need to upgrade to a Callpilot 100/150
For company C you could star out of the mailbox and enter another DN so change up the greeting and mention for people to press * and DN if need.

So when the caller star's out, and let's say they dont dial a DN, will they hear another one of the company's greetings?
