I have a CTX100 system with a Tis 16 voicemail card.

When the system is in day mode calls will just ring and ring. When the system is in night mode, calls get transferred to voicemail.

We want the calls to get transferred to voicemail if the phone is not answered after 6 rings while in day mode. I cannot figure out why it does not transfer to voicemail. The "08 Call Forward No Ans Time" is set to 20.

I am not certified on Toshiba systems, but I have administered a few over the years. Any help anyone could provide will be appreciated.

Look at how the lines are set to ring in day mode. DIT lines to a MCG with the stations you want to ring and a delay 1 to voicemail DHG after 24 seconds

The lines are set to ring to 500 in day mode. Voicemail is 350. I am not able to find this 500 in the system. The only reference I see is a button label on a phone that says Night transfer is 500.

It looks to me like this was not fully setup. The client claims that it used to work.

I will look at it again when I am onsite next. I don't recall seeing any MCG's setup.

The lines may be set to ring a phantom key through the day ( 500). If its presented on a key , try pushing that button then
dial #6031 555 10. That's if youre vmail hunt gp is 555 and it should go to vmail if un- answered after 10s.
You would need to setup the vmid on the phantom no to go to
a mailbox that exists and record greeting etc. Worth a look in
emanager to see if any phantom nos prog..
