I am using the old winadmin software to manage a CTX100. There is a PRI card on the system.
When people call the DID numbers during the day/night, the individuals voice mail does not pickup.
I can set the #6031+295+15 (voicemail system is 295 +15 seconds of no answer) on the phones and it works just fine. I just want to make this universal to all the phones. (most annoying is the big CFNA EXT-295 on the LCD Screen if done manually)
I think the lines are going to a phantom number.
Can someone point me to the write section of winadmin to fix this?
