I have a customer who had a vendor taking care of his system and he "fired" him and now he can't get into his voice mail system because the vendor changed the Admin password and will not talk to the customer.

System is a WiCMC in an IPX 500. Is there a way to reset it?

Helios.

Item 2 prevents anyone from posting passwords in the 'Open Forum', as noted here.

You have to call Tadiran on this one. Normally, they are required to release the passwords if all disputes are handled. Very possible the old vendor is owed money and until that is resolved Tadiran won't help you. Hopefully you are a certified vendor as Tadiran won't deal with anyone who isn't.
