We are using Inter-Tel 9.009 and we need to change the SMTP server name. We changed it under Voice Processor->E-mail Gateway to an incorrect address to test to make sure this was the correct spot and we still are getting the faxes coming to our email. Isn't this where it is changed? Is it something as easy as rebooting the server?
