i put in an sts with an internal hard drive voicemail years back. dont remember a lot about the voicemail. anyway the menu 100 is recorded but a caller hears - enter the mailbox number of the person you want to reach, rather than playing the menu. does anyone know the setting to get menu 100 playing. thanks dave

If you are sending calls to 440 then you have to turn off integration option in flash 67. What you should do is send calls to menu 450 with the voice mail extensions as members of that hunt group.

You should hear the menu greeting play when you call one of the individual extensions of the voice mail. The inskin will go stupid every now and then. If you plug a monitor into it you will see the black view port screen and it will say something like....no command for port xxxx assuming voice mail. If this is the case then reboot it, by hitting the reset button.
Just a thought.
