I have a client who swears calls (thru auto attendant) ring the wrong phone. I have only been able to duplicate their claim twice out of 10 test calls. I call the system, dial ext 222 and MOST of the time end up getting 222. I did get 221 a couple times. How is that possible? It should either work correctly ALL of the time or none of the time. I have checked to make sure there is no forwarding on 222 and there is not. I am thinking the client is mistaken, but I am trying to save a 100mi drive just to find out they're answering the phone incorrectly (or something funky). BTW, they do have key '2' programmed in Auto Attd menu options to transfer to 222, but I tested both dialing 2 and also 222 and it worked correctly both times. Any ideas?
