Our company is located in Columbia, MD, and we are in search of a new vendor to support our inter-tel axxess phone system. We have tried all of the local dealers, and even Interl-Tel direct with little success. Our main problem is getting answers to our questions quickly and cheaply. It seems no one wants to deal with smaller phone systems... Anyway, does anyone know of a good inter-tel vendor that can provide support for us? Im not talking just hardware, we need technical support as well.

What version and tech support with what types of applications? I am not near you, but could depending on what you looking for provide 24/7 tech support via phone and e-mail, and remote maintenance.
