For one user, when on a call of any type (IC or OC) gets no indication of a second caller trying to reach him. Other phones on our AXXESS 7.001 system get a brief alert, and display of caller ID, permitting the choice to hold or drop the current to answer the incoming. This user's station sends the incoming to voice mail directly.
Where is this set, I have looked in the DB Studio, and the flags for that station appear to be set the same as the others?
I tried returning his station to defaults in case something a prior user had done was the cause, but it's not changed.

Sounds like the forwarding path for that user has busy checked which will forward the call in your case to VM.
