I have:
Inter-Tel Axxess system with an 550.8520 end point
PolyCom Soundstation 2 conf endpoint
Konexx Konference Konnector adapter
I can use the 8520 to dial a number and connect, and I can transfer the sound by pushing the phone button on the Soundstation.
I can hear the other party, but the other party doesn't hear me.
According to the adapter instructions I set up the Soundstation 1) dial the party with the 8520 and establish a connection which is does 2) take the soundstation off the hook by pushing the phone button (which transfers the sound to the soundstation) 3) leave the 8520 off hook during the call
I've called my telecom folks to punch that extention down to an analog line, but I have a sales meeting in the meantime. Is there a code that needs punched into the 8520?
Thanks in advance for the help.
