Hi everyone, One time I solved my problem with SV8100 use comment in this forum and now I need your help again.  My customer has a request that when a caller makes a call from outside, the caller will hear the announcement as music, voice...blah blah instead of tu..tu..tu. of ringback tone and the call was routed direct to inside extension. The difficulty is when the caller call to company's number, the music was played at the VRS card, and when the call still stay at VRS card (the caller hears music, announcement..) ,I can not make DIL activated at the same time with this.  I hope you can help me solve this. Thank for your advice

Are you interested in Music on hold during transferred calls, rather than a ring back tone?

I mean ring back tone when customer calling from outside to company.i made .wav as MOH already but the difficult is the customer need music was played as VRS when the call was routed to operator number inside (at the same time).Thk for your reply

Turn on Music on hold via VRS. Set system to play MOH during transfer. Record Music using proper parameters and volume, then upload. Call Tech Support where you bought.

Thank for your reply @brokeda . I made MOH during transfer already but what I need like as example below : My mobile is : 678954321 my company number is : 12345678 the operator extension is:200 when I call 12345678 from my mobile , I can listen the music and the extension 200 ringing , I listen music until the operator pick it up and I can talk with operator .it is so difficult for me some day

Have the mailbox that answers record 1 or 2 second silence then set DAT to timeout in 1 sec to 200 which is not Cfwd to V Mail.
Use different Box for after hours to get messages.
If 200 CFWD to VM, you will not have much time to answer but that would work also. Or you could record "Please hold" in the answer box.

Point calls to Routing Mailbox 1
47-08-01 Dial Action Table 1, make Dialing Command Time Limit 1 or 0
20-31-15 Select a class of service (lets use 10) to assign to ext 200 and make #15 Delayed Call Forward Timer to 20 or 30 as needed.
20-29 select ext 200 and make Class 10. Record 1 sec silence in Routing Mailbox 1.
47-13 Dat 1 Set Timeout to Ext 200 unscreened. Adjust how long it trys ext 200 before going to VM with 20-31-15 class 10's setting.
Make a mailbox for 200 and Cfwd/na 200 to Voice Mail.
Play with that.
