I have a client in California that wants to use VOIP for Call Center n India. He is considering using Vonage for Business.
I have set up hundreds of Call centers in US/Canada bot VOIP and PBX but have no clue about India.
Does anyone have any knowledge if they even serve India? Quality? Issues?
Vocalocity was bought by Vonage ad sells here in the states with mixed reviews. He uses them in one location ( Oregon) with no issues. I have moved 6 customers away but he seems convinced. The issues go way beyond bandwidth/ISP issues in my experiences with them. Just looking for some insight.
