How would I set this up? In network emanager, right?

Right now the front rings 4 times then it goes to VM. We want to change it so that the front rings 4 times then another extension rings 2 times then it goes to VM.

Depends on how the front rings, are they DID's, C.O. trunks that ring direct or transferred calls from auto attendant?

I believe it is CO trunks that ring direct, but I'm not completely sure of that.

Trunk DID shows nothing.

When a call comes in the front phone rings right away, no auto pickup by an attendant.
