Greetings.
Is there a way to set the minimum recording length a voice message needs to be? We get several telemarketing calls at night and they leave a blank message in the primary mailbox.

I would first check to see if the MBX is set to leave a "hang up msg when ANI is available." Uncheck that box if there is a check in there.
The default time for "shortest message allowed" is 3 seconds - it's under Voice Mail > Timers and Limits > Timers, you could try extendind that to 5 seconds.
