There is a slight delay where the zeros should be recited. I'm guessing the recording for zero is missing but I don't know how to put it back.

are you sure the complete number is getting sent into the VM as the CLI. check the logs files in the LVMU does the CLI look correct when a call is directly ringing to a handset?

Thanks for responding Carlos, you are #1. The LCD display shows the correct CID every time. When the LVMU is reciting the CID there is a very slight pause where the zero should have been announced. I have never checked log files before but when I go out there I will look into it. I do believe the LVMU knows that there is a digit because of the pause. all other digits are announced fine.
