Hi, We had a problem with a bad Onyx VS base unit. We changed it out but now when we put the ext 300 into night mode on (dnd flashing)none of the other phones audibly ring. We see the flashing line and can answer, but don't hear a ring. Also, when we page (intercom 1 *) the two beeps no longer are heard through the phone's speakers, though the page (spoken words) can be heard. Can anyone tell me how to fix his issue?

Buy Base unit are you talking about a phone or the VS unit? If you simply replaced a phone base with the same type as was bad then the system should work the same as before. If it was the VS main unit then you have some programing to do.
