I cant find out how to leave a group message, I have made a group. I can see the group in the web browser and also if I go into edit the group through the phone. It's set to open and broadcast. When I go into my mailbox and hit 5 (to leave MSG) it asked for the EXT and or ## for name. Tried both but the system cant seem to find the group.
Any help would be helpful

Tony,
Edit the subscriber settings (access options) to confirm they are allowed to send group messages.
We get old too soon, smart too late
