You need to buy it. It's an adaptor tha goes on the bottom on the phone

Get NEC Headset adapter Cable for NEC DT700/300 Series Handsets. This adapter headset cable automatically handles hook switch control so there is no longer any need to remove/replace the handset when answering a call.
