Hi,
Hope someone can help me on the below.
1. I have two CO line and 8 Extension. For any incoming calls two ext rings and shows CID. Is it possible to show the caller number on the rest of the extensions? 2. How to check call records/Missed calls from a 7730 without a dedicated button(There is no spare button to assign)?
Thanks in advance.

CID is displayed on RINGING phones. As someone who just got a call this morning from a customer after putting their phones on 4-ring delay, the only way it works is to make the phone ring. :-)
About those 12 buttons. If you have 2 lines, a VM-Transfer, a VM Record, that takes 4. Clearly you can spare 2 buttons for CID functions because the other way is more cumbersome. It involves capturing the SMDR and presenting it to the web.

Have to use a lighted button. Use non-lighted buttons for a few ext. That's just how it works.

Thank you guys for your reply. So I will need to assign one button to check call records. By the way any chance anyone can give me the CID cheat sheet. Have been browsing through the forum and saw it mentioned in a few places.
