On my FX-II when you call a station that is busy the caller goes immediatly to voicemail. I'd like it to ring a few times at the station first.
I've tried changing the "Fwd RNA Ring Busy" setting but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Am I missing something here?
Thanks,
-Jason

Assume you have group intercoms built and in the station hunt group for that phone?

Yes, 3 group intercoms. The prime intercom is the station's extension. On the hunt list I have the 3 group intercoms then the station intercom.

Change the hunt list to the station intercom first then the group intercoms and retest.

Thanks. I did that and also changed "Fwd RNA Ring Busy" to Yes. That solved the problem.
