The powers that be in my company want to know if there is a report I can run to tell them who is ligged into the Hung groups and when. It seems they have been missing some calls, and they want to see if people are logging in and out correctly and what time they are doing it. Does Axxess 8.2 have this functionality? Or I am screwed?

There is no software of that type built into 8.2. You'll need reporting software such as Contact Center Suite by Inter-Tel or Taske by OAISYS. Get ready to write some big checks.

Call Center Suite is what you are looking for. And yes, be prepared to write a fat check.
