I have a customer that wants to purge all mailbox messages from his TVA50 and being fairly new to the product I can't see how to do this. Can anyone give any pointers?

You can do it a couple of ways, but the quickest is to just edit the FORWARD tab on mailboxes, and move all messages to one mailbox. (your ctrl C and ctrl V are your friends for that operation). You would have to wait 5 minutes, but all the messages get purged out of each mailbox. We have also cleared out a mailbox by setting 1 day as retention for new and old messages in a class of service, then change the COS of a mailbox to that number for a day.
If you want to waste time, you can also go into the owner's mailbox and delete and recreate each mailbox. That will totally empty greetings, passwords, and messages, but the above 5 minute dump takes less time if you're doing more than 5 or so.
