I have a customer that can not dial international numbers. I have talked to the provider and there saying, they cant see 011 being dialed from the pbx. It is system version 2.0.8.288 with a PRI. Any help would be appreciated.

Try removing Dial Rule 2 in the International Facility Group in ARS.
If that doesn't work, check to see if the Call Type on the PRI card for International Calls is set for International. If it is, try changing it to Unknown.

I tried removing the dial rule 2 and changing international to Unknown and still did resolve the issue. Is there anyway to tell if the system is dialing the 011, so I do not have to go off the providers word.

You can monitor the SMDR output of the Axxess. You just have to enable it first in Sockets.
If the system is on the network, you can use Diagnostic Monitor.
If the system is not on the network, you can stream it through one of the serial ports. You will have to assign it in programming first and connect to the correct one.
