is there any way to have the sbx phones go to a co line when the customer lifts the handset rather than going to the icm dial tone. i used to do it with sts but dont see anyway to do it with sbx. thanks dave

This feature is now referred to as "hot line" or "warm line". Hot hits a designated button immediately when going off hook, while warm allows a delay before doing so. You'll need to put a pool button on the phone and set hot/warm to select that button.

I don't use a pool button, I simply set the phone to hot, then in PGM 122, set it for whatever line group you want it to pick up on.
