any ideas why i cant into any of the vm mmc which is in the 700
range. says invalid data. have svm4 in it

Seems like the 100 is not seeing the voicemail
look in 806 to see if its there
also look in 724 to see if there numbered
look in 601 to make sure you have a v/m group might be 519 or 529

figured out that particular problem. the mmc list i have is a later version then the actual system.its there its just a dif mmc then what i have but my main and only problem now is vm answers with wrong recording.gota be sumpm in one of those mmc
that got gone when i reiniz system, just cant figure where to look

So what do you want it to say?It's overflowing to the 501 mailbox and from what you wrote ,the 501 mailbox isn't set up ie no name recorded at the very least.

yeah i shoulda kept it one thread,its just stuff i thought of later. 501 is the ring group ive got phones to ring in on but after 20 sec it overflows to 519 which is vm and should answer with company greeting but it doesnt it goes to mb 501 which of course has no greeting and really doesnt exist

i really need help on this i have GOT to get this fixed today.it must be an mmc that got wiped out when it got reiniz.i let a customer talk me into this cause no one else around works on samsung. i do nortels avayas and nec but not these office serves but i guess i do now

Here's the solution.Delete the 501 mailbox and the overflow will go to the main greeting.It is in the SVMi not an mmc that you need to "fix"

i dont mind paying for the help and called a tech support company
but they want me to hook laptop to vm but i dont have one and just got to believe that an mmc wont fix it

i just tried it.went into sub admin and deleted sub 501 but it still goes to it
