I have some crazy stuff going on with a Messaging PC Card. About every two weeks, they will call me and say the password on one extension(same extension every time) has changed. On the off chance an old employee was hacking, I had her change it. I also changed the admin password. It sill changes by itself every 2 weeks(approx).
I also have mailbox 10 assigned to extension 20, but twice (not as frequently as above problem) it has changed to ext 26 (without defaulting).
Sounds like a corrupt database maybe? Would it make sense to do a REINSTALL, or should I replace it?

I've had the PC cards do some squirrely things as you have mentioned and %99 of the time defaulting and starting over will fix them.
