I have a few CIX1200 system. I am having a problen with one of the systems using the DND feature. The users push their DND button to on when in meetings. However at times their phone rings while in DND mode. Any ideas what is causing this?

Class of service phones that are able to override DND?

Where are they ringing on the phones? If it is on a phantom DN make sure the owner is set.
