We are in the process of upgrading a customer from an older Inter-Tel CS v2.x to the latest Mitel 5000 v6.0. They had 75 CAT A, 1 PRI, and 1 DEI license. They bought a new system and flash card. The old CS had a PEC in it. We moved it over the new HX.
Did the database conversion to include 64 CAT A, 2 add'l CAT D, and 48 CAT E.
Everything works great except the remote/offsite IP phones. There is no audio.
Please help. Thanks!!

If you have a PEC you need a two IP addresses for the private and public IPs. Do you have that? Also are the remote phones Inter-tel IP phones or 53XX phones. Don't forget to check the NAT/Native in each phones.
