One of our PBXs dropped all of its calls and then proceeded to have a 10 second connection delay when answering, or trying to connect to an outside line. I've found the following errors in the logs, but cannot find a reference to them in any of the manuals. Would any of you know the meaning of these errors?


From System Health log.
May 16 12:00:17 IT5KCA CP[12504]: Device '94700' Timer Expiration in virtual void physical_device_t::receive_message(message_t*)

From AVDAP log
[02357 5-16-2014 11:59:05 VMAIL1]208 ALARM: Error in asai/src/layer.cpp at line #1532. Cause = Call state.

I just had this same problem on a Mitel 5000. Same errors. May I ask what you found out from this problem?
