From time to time, a call on a trunk won't be released when a caller hangs up. This can keep a trunk busy for hours. Is there any way to release the call? I've tried stealing to redirecting the call via Reporter Realtime. It fails. I've tried to unbusy the trunk. No good. I'm left with calling the provider to have them release the call. Techs love it because it is really easy on their end, but getting to the tech can be a struggle. If there is some way to do this locally, it would save a lot of time.
