Moved to a new PC and I only had the 2.0.8.288 software and not the older 1.2.5.xxx software. I've tried hacking around the registry to make it work with the older version (since I copied the files (the whole /Inter-Tel directory) from the old PC. Can someone let me know where I can get the software or even just export the registry keys if they have it installed?

You will need to contact your dealer to get it. I am not aware of any registry hacks to do the quick-o change-o you are attempting.

I had asked if it is possible to download the database editor from Inter-tel.

Not unless you have log on credentials which is for registered dealers and branches.

How do i install the session manager? I have a couple of cd's here.
CD 1.Contact center suite
CD 2. Unified messaging
Cd 3. Axxess converged platform
For the life of me i cant find where to re-install the session manager.
